If something went wrong with your purchase or you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me before leaving feedback. I would love to be given a chance to make it right.

PLEASE NOTE:

All pieces are handmade so there are no two items that are identical. Please allow for slight variances from the photos taken. I try my best to make sure that my product is represented as accurately as possible through product descriptions and photos. This being said, colour of the images could vary from the photos taken.

Custom and personalized orders

All custom orders are a final sale. No exchanges or refunds.

Care instructions

All items should be hand washed and lay flat to dry.

Refunds and exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I do accept returns. Please send me a message within 3 days of receipt and return the package to me at your cost. Once received I will issue a full refund (not including original shipping costs). If you'd like to exchange an item please message me within 3 days of receipt and we can discuss the process of the exchange. I try my best to make sure every item shipped out is carefully inspected.

Shipping

All handmade items are shipped from Canada, using Canada Post. Tracking is NOT included unless specifically requested. If a tracking number is required, please send me a message before placing an order so that a custom listing can be created.
Shipping with Canada Post can take 3-10 business days within Canada, 5-14 business days within the US and 10-20 business days everywhere else to arrive.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
